This product suite is available to groups with 2-24 employees in most states. Pioneer's responsibilities include case acceptance underwriting, list billing, issuing certificates and policies, sending acceptance letters and administrative manuals to new groups, and feeding information (accounts receivable, premium collected, policies in-force, etc.) to the carrier.
